Diana Chao
Founder, Letters to Strangers
Researcher, NASA Jet Propulsion Lab
Diana uses technology, storytelling, and youth advocacy to improve mental health outcomes globally.
She is the founder of Letters to Strangers, the world's largest youth-for-youth mental health nonprofit. Over the past decade, the organisation has exchanged more than 60,000 letters and impacted more than half a million people across more than 70 countries.
She has served as a youth voice connected to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and has combined her interests in science, climate, and wellbeing through advocacy and research. Diana has also worked with NASA on astrophysics-related initiatives and participated in palaeontology fieldwork with the US Dinosaur Institute.

Queenie Tan
Personal Finance Educator, Author & Content Creator
Queenie uses social media and digital platforms to make financial education more accessible and empowering for young people.
She is the founder of Invest with Queenie, a platform focused on budgeting, saving, investing, and financial confidence. Through her videos, online content, and educational resources, she has built a community of more than 450,000 followers across social media.
Queenie went from having no savings at 19 to building a net worth of more than $1 million before 30. She is also the co-founder of Billroo, a budgeting and money management app designed to help people better manage their finances.
In 2025, she released her first book, The Fun Finance Formula. The book aims to change the way people think about money by making personal finance feel simple, practical, and enjoyable rather than stressful or overwhelming.

Alexia Hilbertidou
Founder, GirlBoss
Pacific Entrepreneur of the Year
Alexia uses tech to fight for gender equality.
She is the founder of GirlBoss, a movement of 20,500 high school aged young women that she launched from her bedroom at just 16. Today, GirlBoss programmes have reached young women in 27 countries.
Alexia has flown with NASA and became the youngest New Zealander to represent her country at the United Nations in New York. She was named Pacific Young Entrepreneur of the Year, received the Queen’s Young Leader Award from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and was recognised on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
She holds a Master’s in Emerging Technologies, and studied Leadership for Change at the University of Cambridge.
